7475 T651 aluminum alloy is a very  high strength material which provides superior toughness against the spread of fatigue crack and fracture. It has been developed in a controlled way particularly for sheet and plate applications. The 7475 alloy exhibits 40 percent higher than  7075 T651 alloy when typical fracture toughness values are compared at the same temperature. Corrosion resistance and fatigue behavior of 7475 alloy are much better than other highly preferred high-strength aerospace alloys such as 7075, 7050 and 2024, even being incomparable in certain cases..

In 2007, Referans Metal became the first ever company to export 7475 T651 plates per AMS 4090 standard from Türkiye. In addition, Referans Metal is the first and only company that made the first and pioneering injection mold applications in Hadımköy and Gebze for the machine-mold industry in Türkiye.
