7075 T6510 is an aluminum alloy which is preferred in large diameters due to long lasting production times and high frequency of distortion incidents. The internal tension of 7075 T6510 is removed therefore possible vibration resonance is prevented against where the material will be used. Highly preferred to avoid risk in high-cost projects.
In 2019, Referans Metal became the first ever company in Türkiye to produce 7075 T6510 round bar in ASTM B221 and ASTM B211 standards for the first big-scaled ammunition project of Türkiye. Thus, also becoming the first company in Türkiye to pass the examination tests with the 7075 T6510 material.
